Here is one of the many display boards that were all around us during convention. Hope you find something that inspires you!

This was one of our favorite cards from the display boards at Convention - and don't you know that we used this expression quite a bit on each other during the rest of our time together! Isn't it way too cute?

So - 'put on your big-girl panties and deal with it!" Ha!

Happy Labor Day! Last week, Stampin' Up! released the My Digital Studio software. Being a demo, we were able to preorder the software. I wanted to share my first two scrapbook pages that I created using the software. I am not really what you would call 'computer savy' but it was sooo easy to use. Beside designing the scrapbook pages, you can use the program to create cards and calendars too. Hope you all had a great holiday weekend.

Hi again - I wanted to share this picture with you from convention. While we were sitting at our lunch table, this nice lady came by and gave us all this butterfly pin. Isn't it just too cute and simple! I don't know if you can see it but the Designer Paper had glitter on the top of it too. It was made using the Sizzix butterfly die Item #114507 - page 198 of the 2009-2010 Idea Book and Catalog.

Kitty Update

The kittens are growing everyday and getting into all kinds of trouble - as kittens usually do. Thelma scared us all last Thursday by getting stuck inside the sofa bed and we had to cut the back of the sofa to get her out. Fortunately, she is okay with just a cut to her paw but she was exhausted from her ordeal and spent the night curled up on my chest resting. They are so cute - you just gotta love them.

The bottom picture is our little sofa cat, Thelma and the top is 'loverboy' Luigi.

Stampin' Up! Convention

Time to update my blog - so everyone says. Ha! I want to share some of the pictures we took during our trip to Salt Lake City for the Stampin' Up! convention at the beginning of August. This is the picture of Stampin' Up! Riverton Campus that we got to tour. It's a beautiful facility with an atrium that is unbelievable. I wish I worked there - also because you can stamp at work! Wouldn't that be great?

Thanks x 2

So now that I had Michelle Laycock make me a pretty new banner for my blog, I have to put a updated posting on there - so my sister said. So the pressure was on, my hands were sweaty, I was shaking - what in the world was I going to do?? So I looked around and saw the "Thanks x 2 Card Elements and More" from page 168 of the catalog. It has 8 printed, die cut and EMBOSSED cards, enough to make 4 each of two designs. Also included are Old Olive envelopes, ribbon, stamping spot, and stamp set. Think it's alittle too easy for you - well you could try to follow the directions in one of the other languages included in there! LOL. For those times when you are in a rush - or your sister is after you - just grab this kit and you're good to go. Making the card was easy compared to trying to figure out how to download it - I guess that's a work in progress so bear with me. More to follow...........
